Agreement to Terms

By purchasing and using SubGetPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

License Grant

SubGetPro is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SubGetPro on your personal or commercial projects.

You May:

• Use SubGetPro on multiple computers you own
• Use SubGetPro for commercial projects
• Generate unlimited subtitles and transcriptions

You May Not:

• Share your license key with others
• Redistribute or resell SubGetPro
• Reverse engineer or modify the software
• Use SubGetPro for illegal purposes

Payment and Refunds

SubGetPro is sold as a one-time payment. All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds except in cases of technical issues that cannot be resolved.

Updates and Support

Your license includes free updates for the current major version. We provide technical support via email. Response times may vary but we aim to respond within 48 hours.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SubGetPro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that transcriptions will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated subtitles.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SubGetPro or its developers be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using SubGetPro and delete all copies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SubGetPro after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
