SubGetPro is designed with privacy as a core principle. All audio and video processing happens locally on your computer. We do not collect, store, or transmit your media files or transcription data to any external servers.

Local Processing
SubGetPro uses OpenAI's Whisper AI model, which runs entirely on your local machine. No audio data is sent to OpenAI or any other third-party service. All transcription happens offline on your computer.
Third-Party Services
SubGetPro does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking, or cloud services. The only external connection is for license validation during activation, which only transmits your license key.
Data Storage
All files generated by SubGetPro (transcriptions, SRT files, etc.) are stored locally on your computer in directories you specify. We have no access to these files.
Your Rights
Since SubGetPro processes everything locally and doesn't collect personal data, you maintain complete control over all your files and data. You can delete any files created by SubGetPro at any time.
